The British boxer prepares to battle Jake Paul in an eight round contest which will be shown in real-time on the streaming platform.
Briton Anthony Joshua said he will "dominate completely" the American and "defeat" his opponent as the pair met personally to publicize the upcoming heavyweight fight.
Ex two-time unified boxing king Joshua meets social media star turned fighter Jake Paul - in what is, theoretically, a huge disparity - at Miami's arena on December 19th.
Fighter's Mentality
"I plan to break his face and hurt his body. I'm here to prove I'm superior," Joshua, 35, declared.
"I plan to overwhelm him. That's a fighter's mentality.
"I will genuinely try to cause him pain. That's my intention."
Civil Exchange
Despite these statements, a calm Anthony Joshua and internet personality Jake Paul - typically known for his dramatics - shared friendly words and kept it respectful with each other.
Paul rather targeted former Joshua's opponent Francis Ngannou and labeled him "ridiculous" after the Cameroonian rejected a match opportunity.
Targeting Tyson Fury
Joshua, meanwhile, took aim at British opponent Fury - and rejected a £1m bet 'Tyson Fury' states he will put on a Paul win.
"[Paul] outshines Fury - he's actually sitting here," Joshua commented.
"I give him credit for that."
Serious Opponent
In spite of stating he plans to damage his opponent, Anthony Joshua chose not to talk badly about his opponent's fighting skills.
"Jake Paul is a serious fighter," he stated.
Jake Paul's History
Paul - who first rose to fame on the television network - has mostly fought mixed martial artists or faded names since becoming pro.
He lost to Briton Fury in 2023.
Financial Success
Still, the novice continues to be one of boxing's greatest money-making draws, regularly earning massive paydays.
Forecast and Confidence
The 28 year old predicted a knockout win in rounds four or five and asserted he would stop the much-anticipated Fury-Joshua bout, which is allegedly being planned for two years from now.
"The next fight will be my match with Fury next year," Jake Paul stated.
Size Difference
As the two fighters engaged in the customary confrontation, with their size difference clearly visible, it drove home just how improbable this complete situation is - and how amazing it is that the bout is actually going ahead.
